Blueberries
Commercial blueberry production in Argentina is increasing. Argentine blueberry production has thrived in four different regions: the province[s] of Entre Rios in north-eastern Argentina, Tucumán, Buenos Aires, and the southern Patagonian valleys. Blueberries possess notable health benefiting plant-nutrients such as soluble dietary fibre, minerals, vitamins, and pigment anti-oxidants that contribute immensely towards optimum health and wellness.

Cherries
The cherry is a fleshy drupe (stone fruit). The cherry fruits of commerce are usually obtained from a limited number of species, including especially cultivars of the sweet cherry. Cherries are grown in all areas of the world where winter temperatures are not too severe and where summer temperatures are moderate. They require winter cold in order to blossom in spring. The trees bloom quite early in the spring, just after peaches and earlier than apples.

Strawberries
The fruit is widely appreciated for its characteristic aroma, bright red color, juicy texture, and sweetness. One cup (236 g) of strawberries contains approximately 45 kilo-calories (188 kJ) and is an excellent source of vitamin C. This fruit is very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. It is also a good source of folate and potassium, and a very good source of dietary fibre, and manganese.

ABOUT US
A graduate Chemical Engineer from Bordeaux University in France, Thierry co-founded SMG rooted in his passion for exquisite food and beverage. His marriage to an argentinian woman, led him to discover a whole new culinary culture, inspiring him to find a way to connect both countries - France and Argentina.
As a former french rugby union player, Thierry played for France at international level and Toulouse in the French Top 14 club competition.
